1. Order confirmation email to be sent night before by Sales Team
  2. Print draft invoice – ask Sales Manager
  3. Put invoice into a nice folder and dress professionally
  4. Confirm actual packaged and labeled products by double checking the product label against invoice
  5. Package securely in insulated bag
  6. Travel safely to client
  7. Greet staff and Chef warmly indicating you are from Farm.One with an expected delivery.
  8. Ask for the key contact and go over invoice carefully with client to ensure order is correct
  9. Inquire about other needs and plant ideas by discussing  new and available crops and show Instagram pictures
  10. Request empty containers from previous deliveries to be returned
  11. Say goodbye to all staff and Chef
